Welcome to Fawn Mountain Lodge, a 4,200 sq. ft. vacation retreat near Blue Ridge Georgia, providing relaxed luxury for up to 10 guests. Located in the North Georgia Mountains with spectacular views of three mountain ranges. This luxe mountain lodge has 3 King en suites, each with an outdoor deck, 4 person bunk room for the kids, 4 Fireplaces, Fire Pit, Game Room, and covered Hot Tub deck with a fireplace, big screen TV, and sunset view.
This beautiful new home is the perfect place for your family or group vacation. With stunning and unparalleled year-round, long-range mountain views of 3 states that will take your breath away. Everything in this home is new with luxe furnishings and appointments.
More Details On The Home
The main level kitchen has a large quartz island with 4 swivel counter stools; the dining area just off the kitchen seats 10. The living room has a large sectional, a large leather ottoman, and two-barrel chairs on either side of the fireplace. Above the fireplace is a Samsung Frame 65” TV. Plenty of seating for everyone!
Outside, under a covered deck, you’ll find a large sectional with 2 teak lounge chairs. Sit and enjoy family and friends around the wood burning fireplace with amazing long-range mountain views. The new grill comes with a convection oven/air fryer which you can make a pizza, bake cookies, or even air-fry some veggies. Dine outside under the covered deck while watching the sunset!
There are 3 large King bedrooms all with large en suite baths, double sinks and walk-in closets. The new beds are high-end Purple or Nectar brands with fluffy new linens and Peacock Alley towels. Two of the en suite baths have huge walk-in showers with rain heads, six jets, plus a hand wand, the third has a Bathtub for those that prefer a soak.
The lower level is Fun Central! There is a pool table, a regulation length shuffleboard table (you can also bowl on it) and a dart board. Watch a game or movie on the 65” flat screen TV above the fireplace inside, or outside in the hot tub. Set up a game of cards, monopoly, checkers or one of a dozen new games.
Don't forget to save some time to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows for s’mores.
Fawn Mountain Lodge is located in a Mountain community that caters to families, has all paved roads, and is only 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Murphy NC, and sister-towns McCaysville/Copperhill TN.
